Shipping Policy

Handmade Quality with Care:

Crafting takes time!  Because I create each product myself, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within  10-14 business days. This ensures the highest quality and careful packaging for every single item.

Personalization Notes:

The boxes on product listings are for two things:

• Gift messages: Leave a special message for the lucky recipient!
• Notes for me: Need to tell me something specific about your order? Use this box!

Shipping Information:

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with details on the carrier and tracking number.  Please refer to this email for any questions about delivery.  Here are a few additional things to keep in mind:

• Shipping Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on the package size and weight. Shipping rates are calculated based on these factors.
• Double Check Your Address: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate! We can't be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information. If a package is returned because of this, a shipping refund won't be issued.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:

While we package everything with care to prevent damage, sometimes things happen. Here's what to do:

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Contact the shipping carrier directly if your package is lost or stolen. We're not responsible for these situations once the package leaves our hands.
• Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, contact us at dorycherryshop@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll work together to find a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

International Orders:

Ordering from outside the US? Keep in mind these details:

• Import Fees: You'll be responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your country.
• Package Refusal: If you refuse your package due to high import fees, we can't offer a shipping refund. However, if the package gets returned to us ("Return to Sender"), we can issue a refund for the order itself.
• Customs Delays: We can't control delays caused by customs.
